Rhonda Phillips has been a PICC Board Director since the organisation's founding in 2007. With 40+ years of experience across community, public, and academic sectors, she brings deep expertise in Indigenous governance and service integration. Rhonda has chaired both the Governance Committee and the Finance & Risk Committee.
