Regina James has been the Bwgcolman Indigenous Knowledge Centre Coordinator since 2010. She maintains family history records and curates exhibitions telling Palm Island's complex history. The Knowledge Centre serves as a community library and cultural memory repository for 40+ tribal groups represented on the island.
