What the evidence shows

Circles of Support Youth (COSY) is a wraparound support program operating in Gympie and Sunshine Coast Hinterland regions for young people aged 12-21 experiencing social, emotional or behavioural challenges. The program provides flexible, voluntary support including one-on-one and group support, assistance with family/education/community connections, and short-term case management. The program aims to help young people re-engage positively in education, community and family through a person-centered approach built around individual goals.
